HEART ACTIVATION AND SOUND HEALING JOURNEY

Join Jeffrey Warren for this dynamic healing journey.  Allow the energy of your heart to be activated and expanded as the healing sounds of the crystal bowls and gongs move you into an enhanced state of consciousness. Tonight’s event will use a beautiful combination of mantra, mudra and meditation along with a little gentle breathwork culminating in a luscious energy healing soundbath. Raise your vibration, increase your light and journey into a deeper state of love. 

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga matt, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe.
