Menla is a hidden oasis set in a secluded valley beside an enchanting stream in the heart of the Catskill mountains. Menla is a modern resort and destination spa surrounded by thousands of acres of unspoiled wilderness.
Registration includes 4 Holotropic Breathwork sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter), mandala drawing, 9 organic vegan meals, three nights lodging, forest bathing, building art altars in nature, evening community fire, sound bath, a talk on the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork and group integration and nature-based activites throughout the workshop.
This workshop is open to new breathers, experienced breathers, those in the Grof Transpersonal training program and anyone interested in experiencing Holotropic Breathwork. For those who are in a psychedelic- assisted therapy training program, this workshop may fulfill your requirements for practical experience sitting for others in expanded states of consciousness.

Pregnancy, Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks and Angina, Severe Hypertension, Epilepsy, Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment, Osteoporosis, Recent Surgeries, Recent Serious Physical Injuries, Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases including Covid, Asthma (if yes, please bring your inhaler to the workshop), Psychiatric Hospitalization or Prior Diagnosis by a Healthcare Professional of psychosis, Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorder.
